Auberge du Lac

Situated on the banks of the river, the former 17th century hunting lodge has been transformed into an award winning restaurant. The renowned 4 star Michelin Star Chef Jean Christophe Novelli, provides the culinary inspiration which combines classical French training with modern European and Asian influences.

Brocket Hall Itself

The Saloon, or Ballroom, is 60 feet in length and was furnished by the flamboyant first Lord Melbourne to entertain royalty. Illustrated is the second Lord Melbourne's banqueting table at which, as Prime Minister, he entertained royalty and heads of state.
