The Olive Tree is our spectacular, classical yet contemporary style restaurant over-looking the Roman Road golf course. The Olive Tree offers a lavish buffet and an a la carte menu with dishes from around the world. The Olive Tree also has a cherry wood-panelled private dining room, which seats up to 30 people, located at the far end of the restaurant for private dining or special occasions. In addition to its stunning menu, the Olive Tree features live entertainment to create a perfect ambiance. Entertainers during the week include our resident pianist and harpist as well as our famous Jazz brunch on Sundays.

The Patio Brasserie is the Manor House and provides an alternative for you dining experience. 

Owens has been awarded 4 RAC dining awards and 2 AA Rosettes for culinary achievements and its chefs are rated among the top in their class in the UK. Owens is the resort's modern, boldly stylish restaurant with Celtic artwork and an attached conservatory. The finest of Welsh produce is on offer, with global influences: 21st Century Celtic fusion cuisine for contemporary gourmet dining. 

The Leisure Cafe is a lively modern cafe, situated on the health club level, adjacent to the swimming pool.
