Named after ‘Gene Sarazen’ who is one of the only four golfers’ to have won all four Major Championships. After he bought a farm in upstate New York for his family, and because of his reputation for outstanding gentlemanly behaviour at all times, he gained the nickname ‘The Squire’.

The resort’s main dining restaurant has a seasonal, mouth watering menu to suit all palates and the restaurant is relaxed and informal with a resort casual dress code.
