The French Restaurant

The French Restaurant proudly boasts two AA Rosettes, with exquisite cuisine and fine wines served in resfull surroundings. Part of the De Vere Fine Dining Collection, the award winning French Restaurant is served by our team of award winning Chefs and waiters offering excellent service and a superb location overlooking the famous Brabazon Golf Course.

The Atrium Restaurant

Carvery style - Altogether more cosmopolitan in flavour is the The Atrium Restaurant, with its classic contemporary décor bathed in natural daylight offers a comprehensive range of British and international food served in a upmarket, carvery style, allowing you to select as much or as little as you choose.

Lighter, fun-filled meals are available all day at Sam’s Bar and Grill.
