Dining
There are varied ways in which to dine and relax in the main hotel but a highlight must be the fine dining at The Turnberry Restaurant with it's fantastic views over the bay.. The laid back Terrace Brasserie is less formal and offers a lighter menu to eat inside or out, whilst The Ailsa Lounge Offer long drinks & light food. The Tappie Toorie Restaurant at The Clubhouse is great for all day dining or something after your round. The Whisky Bar in the hotel is a small hideaway offering an atmoshpere as warm as the drams it serves.

The Colin Montgomerie Links Golf Academy
The resort boasts one of the finest teaching and practice facilities in the world at ‘The Colin Montgomerie Links Golf Academy’. Situated alongside the superb clubhouse the academy can provide a tip or two from one of the resident teaching PGA professionals to a complete assessment. All programmes have been personally designed by Colin Montgomerie to build on your own natural ability so you are ready to meet the links challenge head on! Most of the programmes are suitable for individuals or groups and can be tailored to suit the particular needs of your game from the scratch player to the first timer. These vary from either a 45 or 90 minute ‘links lesson’, to a 1 hour short game lesson, to 18 holes with a professional, to either dedicated lessons for kids, family or group clinics.

The Clubhouse
The Turnberry clubhouse is impressive to say the least, situated near the shore with both championship courses alongside, it houses the pro shop, luxury locker rooms, The Tappie Toorie Restaurant, private dining & meeting rooms and ‘Caingorms’ putting green and ‘Culzean’ Pitch and Putt just outside.

The Spa
Situated alongside the hotel, The Spa at Turnberry offers spectacular views over the sea towards the Ailsa Craig and features 11 luxurious treatment rooms, 2 hydrotherapy suites, ESPA beauty treatments, heat experiences, 3 relaxation rooms, a 20 metre pool with poolside spa bath and bio sauna, fully equipped fitness studio, 2 all weather tennis courts and The Terrace Brasserie offering light nutritious food. There are 60 different treatments available to cover virtually every need for golfers and non-golfers alike.

Outdoor Activity Centre
Turnberry offers a huge range of sporting and leisure activities and the Outdoor Activity Centre is the starting point for a whole series of pursuits including trout angling, salmon fishing, clay or rifle target shooting, game shooting, archery, falconry, 4x4 off-road driving, quadbiking, mountain biking and horse riding, including trekking, hacking and beach riding. There are also chauffeur driven tours of the beautiful countryside and teambuilding activities with highland games. Whether you are looking for another challenge apart from golf, you will find the guidance and tuition of the experienced instructors will make you feel at home on land or water.

The Westin Kids Club

The Westin Kids Club is the only hotel childrens club which offers special services and amenities for infants and kids of all ages.  These include registration packs, menus, sports bottlles, colouring books, bath toys, safety kits, high chairs, cribs and a range of other services and items. Parents can also pre-order meals so that they are ready upon arrival at the restaurant or as room service.
